Will my order be delayed?
The majority of all orders will be delivered within 10-14 days of purchase. Transit time for international shipments is 5-7 business. Delivery times are affected by a number of variables, which may lead to a delay in shipment. Below are some of the factors that may have an impact on your order:
An artist’s ability to prepare an artwork for shipment may be limited due to local shelter in place requirements. An artist may not have immediate access to the work itself, or the vendors used to prepare your artwork for shipment may be closed.
Customs processing may be delayed. Below is a list of countries that are experiencing a delay due to local restrictions and custom office closures:
Our printing facility is operating with a limited production staff due to health and safety restrictions, which may cause the production of your Open Edition or Limited Edition print order to be delayed. Below is current time estimates for print orders:
Photo prints – 4 days
Fine Art prints – 4 days
Canvas prints – 6 days
Framed prints – 7-14 days
Will I be notified of the status of my order and estimated delivery time?
Yes, we will do our best to update you with as much relevant information regarding your order as we can.
For every order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email which outlines the timeline of shipment and delivery.
With the purchase of every original artwork, you’ll receive an email notification to confirm when the artwork will be shipped from the artist’s studio to you. Once on the way, we’ll provide you with tracking information. If there are any changes or delays, we will be sure to let you know.
With the purchase of Open Edition and Limited Edition prints, you’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Due to the restrictions at our printing facility we’re not able to provide production estimates per order, so please refer to the list of estimated production times above.
When will I get a response to my phone call or email inquiry?
We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Due to a higher volume of calls and emails it may take us longer to respond. Our customer service team will respond to all inquiries in the order in which they are received as quickly as possible.

Credit Card Issues
If your credit card is being declined during purchase, please try our troubleshooting tips below. If you still experience problems, we advise that you contact your bank or credit card provider and ask for their assistance.
Double-check the information you entered during checkout:

About the CVV Code
If using a credit card to purchase a work, you will be asked for the CVV code (i.e. Card Verification Value code). On most credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards), the CVV is a three-digit number printed to the right of the signature space on the back of the card. On American Express cards, it is the four-digit code located on the front of the card.
Review your bank’s fraud-alert policies.
Your bank may flag any suspicious activity on your account which may include first-time orders or high-value purchases (regardless of the card’s available funds)—especially those made online. Your bank may require you to contact them and authorize the purchase before allowing you to complete the transaction.
Review your bank’s daily withdrawal limit.
Most banks have limits on how much you can charge on your card in a single day. If you reach this limit, your bank may block your account from any further activity for the day regardless of available funds in the account.
PayPal Issues
PayPal has various security measures in place to protect their users from fraudulent activity. For this reason, PayPal may occasionally prohibit a buyer from submitting payment. If you’re experiencing issues using your PayPal account, please contact PayPal directly for assistance, or visit their website for troubleshooting information.
Do I Need To Create An Account To Purchase?
Yes, at this time we require all users to create an account first before purchasing original artwork and prints on our site. Through your account, you can: track your purchases; create collections; follow artists and receive updates when they upload new work; select your favorite works, products or service.

Will I Be Charged Taxes Or Customs Fees?
In some cases, collectors will pay taxes and customs fees on artwork they purchase, depending on their country of residence as well as the country the artwork is shipping from. See below for more information.
We charge any applicable taxes or customs fees upfront so that you don’t have to worry about paying them at a later time.*
U.S. Sales Tax
If your artwork is shipping to or within the United States a state sales tax may be added to your total. This is based on your location and local state tax regulations. A breakdown of all costs, including any applicable taxes, will be visible at check out prior to submitting your payment information.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
If your artwork is shipping to a location outside of the US, for original artwork, VAT (value added tax) may be included in your online checkout process. This will be labeled as a ‘customs’ fee and will be visible at check out prior to submitting your payment information.
Customs Charges
If your artwork is shipping internationally, you may also be responsible for paying any applicable international customs fees, this is determined based on the artists location and the country the artwork is being shipped to. This will be labeled as a ‘customs’ fee and will be visible at check out prior to submitting your payment information. For further information about these fees you may check with your country’s customs office.
*For Open Edition and Limited prints, VAT or customs fees are not included during the online checkout process. You will receive a separate invoice from the courier when the print is delivered.
Where Does Artwork Ship From?
If you purchase an original work or limited edition print from Yikuo Art, the work will be delivered straight from the artist’s studio to your specified shipping address.
If you purchase an open edition print, it will be printed and shipped by Yikuo Art Design’s printers, located in the Taiwan.
How Do I Reserve Artwork?
If there’s a specific work you’d like to buy but you may require more time to complete the purchase, please send an email to [email protected] with “Artwork Reservation Request” in the subject line and include the following information:
Reason for requiring reservation
Title of artwork you’d like to reserve
Artist name
Your contact telephone number
Please know that the reservation process should ONLY be used if you are already committed to purchasing the work. Out of respect for our artists, we don’t allow collectors to reserve artwork if they’re still in the decision stage about purchasing.
How Will My Artwork Be Shipped?
For details on how your artwork will ship, please visit the individual artwork page for the pieces you are interested in. Each item ships individually directly from the artist themselves, so it will vary depending upon how the artist plans to ship it. Look for these 3 categories:
Ships in a cardboard box
This item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We work with our artists every step of the way to ensure artworks are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from the artist’s studio to your home.
Ships in a crate
This item will ship in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey, and will be tightly sealed together.
Ships in a tube
This item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube.This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.
Precautions :
1. The risk of merchandise delivery: unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreed by the parties to the transaction, the risk of damage or loss of the merchandise shall be borne by the consignor before the delivery of the merchandise (sign by the consignee), and by the receiver after the delivery (sign by the consignee) The consignor shall bear it; in the event that the carrier’s liability causes the damage or loss of the goods, the consignor’s recovery from the carrier does not affect the settlement of the transaction dispute, and the consignor shall bear the corresponding losses in accordance with these rules. The two parties in the transaction can agree on the delivery location of the goods by themselves. If there is no agreement or the agreement is unclear, the delivery address left by the payer shall be the delivery place; if the two parties agree to return the goods, the return address left by the member shall be the delivery place.
2. Delivery period: Unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreed by both parties to the transaction, if the member fails to actually deliver the goods before the payer submits the refund application, the transaction shall be deemed to be cancelled. If the member knows or should know that the payer has applied for a refund, the payer has the right to refuse to sign for (or not accept), all risks and losses caused by this shall be borne by the member; if the member claims to be made on the payer Although the shipment has not been declared before the refund application, but the actual shipment has been made, the corresponding shipping certificate shall be provided.

預防措施 :
